The Story: The Offer For My Home Arrived on My Wedding Day
Objective: Sell my Buckhead property in time to close on my new home
Challenge 1: The Atlanta market had turned from a sellers dream into a buyers market as the end of 2007 neared.
The Solution: Dillard & Company implemented their extensive marketing plan to build exposure for the home. Their staff managed each private showing while carefully observing the guidelines we’d established for bringing strangers into our home.
Challenge 2: The final offer to purchase hit Zana Dillard’s cell phone just before my bride and I walked down the aisle on our wedding day. No kidding.

Challenge 3: The buyer scheduled the closing soon after I was to return from my honeymoon in Italy and we needed to negotiate the final details (amendments and stipulations) of the contract while I was abroad.
