About Peachtree Hills
Peachtree Hills was originally settled by the Creek Indians, and later became home to Benjamin Plaster in 1815. Nearly a century later, the Plaster family sold their 1,300-acre farm to developers who were interested in transforming the area into a community that capitalized on the many convenience of living near Atlanta. The first sight in Peachtree Hills was the Peachtree Terrace subdivision, which was originally the J.A. Plaster Estate.
