I first worked with Zana in 2006 when she helped facilitate the purchase of my 1st home. That experience was excellent as Zana and her team were efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. Fifteen years later, when I decided to change addresses, I did not hesitate to contact Zana. Once again, Zana and her team got the job done! The team was quick to reply to both emails and calls. In addition, Zana was extremely generous with her time, spending a Friday evening with me until 7 p.m. at the builder's office of my new subdivision assisting me with the contract and interior options. We are relocating to the greater Atlanta metro area from the Bay Area, CA. As we were researching areas on Zillow, came across some listings and Zana happened to be the realtor agent on a couple of them. Long story short we made a few trips and Zana showed us a few areas and several houses. However, based on our specific likes and list of options we ended up deciding to build. Zana helped us in sourcing a great builder collaboratively. Right now, we are in the midst of building our new home and Zana is continuing to work with us and guiding us as we complete it! Zana is the best of the best! She helped us with a cross-country purchase as we started looking for our home while we were still living in California.
