I first worked with Zana in 2006 when she helped facilitate the purchase of my 1st home. That experience was excellent as Zana and her team were efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. Fifteen years later, when I decided to change addresses, I did not hesitate to contact Zana. Once again, Zana and her team got the job done! The team was quick to reply to both emails and calls. In addition, Zana was extremely generous with her time, spending a Friday evening with me until 7 p.m. at the builder's office of my new subdivision assisting me with the contract and interior options. Also, she made time to show me properties within hours of their listing, as she knew the market was hot and she did not want me to miss opportunities. She is very honest and direct when you ask her a question and if she thinks you are considering something that isn't a good fit, she will tell you and offer better suggestions...she knew I was better suited for a townhome and she was RIGHT! Zana showed excellent judgment and skill in selling our large house. She advised us as to exactly what to do to get the house ready to sell, from repairs to professional staging. She was "hands on" every step of the way and ultimately sold the house for a good price. She is a professional with many years of experience. In 2018, my husband and I relocated back to the U.S. from an international job assignment. A coworker of my husband’s highly recommended Zana Dillard.
