In 2018, my husband and I relocated back to the U.S. from an international job assignment. A coworker of my husband’s highly recommended Zana Dillard. We were not sure whether we wanted a single-family home with property or a townhouse closer to the city center. Zana showed us a variety of properties and was instrumental in helping us decide on the Aria townhouse. She advocated for us with the sales office and was a zealot with her blue tape on walk-through day.

Less than four years later we were, once again, relocated and Zana jumped in to start the selling process. There were several units in Aria already on the market. Zana studied the comparative sales, researched the homes listed for sale and then competitively priced our home. We sold our home in three days for over our asking price. She even went above and beyond to interview realtors in our new location and connected us with another amazing Sotheby’s realtor. I was synced up with Zana through a mutual friend, and long before we began working together I really respected her passion and knowledge around the Atlanta community. When my husband and I decided to list our home, it was a no brainer that we'd go with Zana and she was an invaluable resource and friend throughout this process. Additionally, she is very well respected within the community. I was actually standing in a move theater line one day talking about selling our home and a woman overheard and goes "Oh, I'm a realtor, let me know if you need any help." When I informed her we were already working with Zana she goes "Well you're already working with the best!" From a selling standpoint, Zana made concrete and useful suggestions for how we could get top dollar for our home. She was always easy to get a hold of and listened to any concerns we had around the process. At the end of the day, she managed to get us more than we had originally thought possible for our house. From a buying standpoint, Zana consistently gave us honest feedback around the homes we were looking at. She knew what we were looking for in a house and always encouraged us not to settle. Even when we found expensive homes (frankly out of our comfort zone) that would have resulted in a larger commission check for her she ultimately steered us away from those options since she knew they weren't the right fit. After sensing our frustration that we weren't finding the right home, Zana was able to suggest fixer uppers that were in an area that would get us a great return on investment. Not only did she find us the home, but she synced us up with a great team in the form of a general contractor and interior designer. While most would step out at this point, Zana has continued to stay involved and offer her advice in ways that we can rehab the house smartly so we can get a good return when it's time to sell. Overall, I can't recommend Zana enough. She'll counsel you, help with the hard decisions, and always give honest feedback. Additionally, she advocates for her clients needs and always ensures that their happiness and satisfaction is her first priority.

Zana’s focus was clearly not on making a sale, but finding me, my perfect, “forever home”. She was always responsive and informative, making me feel like I was her only priority. As a first-time buyer, I had a wonderful experience with Zana and Forrest. My process took a bit longer than usual, but they were there for me the entire time. I didn't sense any impatience at any point. I saw dozens of properties before I found the right one. Once I did put an offer on a property, they were on top of everything so I didn't have to worry too much. They really put client service first.
